An important part of my professional work presented during the evaluation was the InvisiCaps Method — my original capsule hair extension method, which I developed through years of hands-on practice and continue to refine today.

What makes this recognition especially meaningful to me is that it reflects more than the result of one project or one period of work. My professional activity has developed gradually over many years — through daily client work, complex hair extension cases, continuous improvement of techniques, professional education and the development of my own approach to the profession.

Alongside my work with clients, I have also focused on educating other specialists and sharing the practical knowledge I have gained throughout my career. Over time, this became an important part of the professional direction I am building through Naroshco.

After establishing Naroshco LLC in the United States, I continued developing this work in the American market through client services, further development of the InvisiCaps Method and educational programs for hair extension specialists. The award organizers also recognized this broader professional activity, including the development of the method, education and other documented achievements in the field.

For me, Naroshco has never been only about providing a beauty service. I have always wanted to build a professional direction where practical experience, technique and education can develop together.

That is why being recognized at The BEST Business Awards 2024 means more to me than receiving another award. It reflects the fact that the work I have been building over the years is being recognized beyond everyday salon practice and within a broader professional environment.
