11.2. No-Refund Policy
Because digital content cannot be “returned,” refunds are not available in the following cases: – Change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or expectations not met; – Lack of time or inability to complete the course; – Subjective assessment of quality or usefulness; – Incompatibility of the user’s device or internet connection with minimum technical requirements; – Use of promotional codes or discounts (discounts are non-refundable and cannot be applied retroactively).

Temporary interruptions caused by hosting or platform maintenance (planned or emergency) do not constitute grounds for a refund; we strive to minimize such downtime and may extend access proportionally if necessary.
11.6. Bundles, Packages, and Pre-Orders
For bundles or packages, the no-refund rule applies to the entire bundle. Pre-orders may be canceled only before access is granted. Once activation occurs, Section 11.2 applies.
11.7. Gift Codes, Vouchers, and Promotions
Gift codes and vouchers are non-redeemable for cash, non-refundable after activation, and subject to an expiration date. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.

Unauthorized payment reversals (chargebacks) for digital content constitute a violation of the license and platform rules. The author and developer of the InvisiCaps Method is Kateryna Yuzvyshena, founder of Naroshco LLC; all rights to the method are exercised by Naroshco LLC.
12.2. Limited Student License
Upon payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and view the materials solely for personal educational purposes. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership and may be revoked by Naroshco LLC in case of violation.
12.3. Permitted Uses

12.5. Devices, Accounts, and Access Control
Naroshco LLC may limit the number of devices per user, monitor login anomalies (IP/geolocation/concurrency), and restrict access if abuse is suspected. Monitoring details are outlined in the “Security and Anti-Fraud Logging” section.
12.6. Trade Secrets and Confidentiality
All methodologies, know-how, workflow maps, and technological procedure charts, including the InvisiCaps Method, constitute trade secrets of Naroshco LLC. You agree to: – Not disclose or reproduce such materials for third parties; – Not use them beyond personal study without written authorization.
12.7. Trademarks and Branding
InvisiCaps Method and other Naroshco-related marks or names (including logos) are trademarks or brand identifiers of Naroshco LLC (™ / ® where applicable). It is prohibited to: – Use designations such as “official,” “certified trainer,” or “partner” without written permission; – Register domains, social-media pages, accounts, or ads that imitate Naroshco or mislead users about affiliation; – Use Naroshco trademarks in metadata or keywords to manipulate search visibility. The title “Certified InvisiCaps Stylist” may only be used under valid certification and compliance with official Brand Guidelines.
12.8. User-Generated Content (UGC)
Reviews, photos, or videos of your results voluntarily submitted to Naroshco may be used for testimonials or result demonstrations only with your explicit consent (provided in a form or correspondence). You may withdraw consent at any time, and we will cease further use of your content in publications.
12.9. Violations and Consequences
In case of a breach of this section, Naroshco LLC has the right, without prior notice, to: – Immediately suspend or revoke access to materials without refund; – Require deletion of illegally reproduced copies; – Seek compensation for damages (including investigative and legal costs); – Pursue injunctive relief or any other remedies available under law.
12.10. Infringement Notifications (DMCA)
