This Policy outlines the shipping rules and delivery timelines for physical products purchased through naroshco.com.
It forms an integral part of Naroshco LLC’s Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Policy.
2. Order Processing
– Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).
– If a product is out of stock or requires additional preparation time, the customer will be notified via email.
– All orders are processed in the order they are received.
3. Shipping Methods
Naroshco LLC ships within the United States and internationally through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or other reliable delivery services.
– Each shipment is assigned a unique tracking number, sent to the customer’s email after dispatch.
– International orders may be delivered in multiple stages via intermediary logistics hubs.
4. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times (excluding order processing):
– USA: 3–7 business days
– Canada: 7–14 business days
– Europe: 10–20 business days
– Asia, Australia, other regions: 14–30 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier workload, weather conditions, or customs processing.
5. Shipping Fees
– Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
– Some orders may qualify for free shipping during promotions or special offers.
– For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, and any additional local fees.
6. Address Accuracy
– Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
– Naroshco LLC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
– If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs are borne by the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
– If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact kateryna@naroshco.com within 30 days of dispatch.
– Naroshco LLC will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
– In case of a confirmed loss, the Company will either:
– resend a replacement item, or
– issue a refund (according to the Refund Policy).
Naroshco LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or force majeure events.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
– Notify kateryna@naroshco.com within 48 hours of receipt.
– Include photos or videos showing the damage.
– Keep the original packaging and labels.
After verification, the Company will either:
– replace the damaged item, or
– issue a refund (in accordance with the Refund Policy).
9. International Shipping
– International orders are subject to the import regulations of the destination country.
– The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, certifications, or import-related fees.
– Naroshco LLC has no control over customs decisions or clearance times.
10. Split Shipments
Orders may occasionally be divided into multiple packages for logistical or technical reasons.
In such cases, separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.
Split shipments do not affect the total shipping cost.
11. Return Shipping
When a return is approved:
– The customer covers return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Items must be shipped to the address provided by Naroshco Support.
– Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed according to the Refund Policy.
12. Force Majeure
Naroshco LLC is not liable for shipping delays or losses caused by:
– natural disasters, wars, strikes, or transport disruptions;
– customs or government actions;
– failures in logistics systems or payment networks.
