5. Review and Action

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, Naroshco LLC will:

– notify the user who posted the material about the complaint.

6. Counter-Notice

If you believe the removed content was mistakenly taken down, you may submit a Counter-Notice containing the following information:
– Your physical or electronic signature.
– Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
– A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to error or misidentification.
– Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA.
– Your full contact information (name, address, phone number, email).

Counter-Notices must be sent to the DMCA Agent listed in Section 4.
If a valid Counter-Notice is received, Naroshco LLC may restore access to the material within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Naroshco LLC enforces a “Repeat Infringer” policy:
Users who repeatedly or knowingly violate copyright laws will have their access to Naroshco’s courses, accounts, and communities permanently terminated without compensation.

8. False Claims

Submitting false or misleading DMCA Notices or Counter-Notices may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
Naroshco LLC reserves the right to take legal action in cases of abuse of the DMCA process.

9. International Users

For users outside the United States, the DMCA framework serves as the standard governing copyright protection on naroshco.com.
