– User — an individual or entity that uses the website or purchases products.
– Services — online courses, educational materials, the InvisiCaps Method technology, as well as physical goods (hair, tools).
– Account — a user profile created on Naroshco’s website for accessing materials.
– Platform — the website naroshco.com and associated communication channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube).
– Access — the ability to view digital content after payment.

3. Eligibility

Our products and services are intended for adult users and professionals.
By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age to enter into binding agreements in your country.

4. Scope of Services

Naroshco LLC provides:

5. User Accounts

A user may create an account independently or receive one from Naroshco after payment confirmation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password.

The Company reserves the right to block accounts in cases of Terms violations, fraud, or unauthorized content sharing.

6. Payments, Pricing & Access

– Payments are processed through Wix Payments or other integrated gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Square).
– All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
– Taxes, bank fees, and currency exchange differences are the responsibility of the user.
– Upon payment confirmation, the user receives lifetime access to purchased courses.
– All digital sales are final — no refunds are issued for courses.
– Refunds are only possible for physical products according to the Refund Policy.

7. Delivery of Digital Content

Access to digital materials is granted immediately after payment confirmation.
If you are located in the EU or UK, by completing your purchase you consent to immediate delivery and waive your right to a cooling-off period, as provided by law.

8. Promo Codes, Gift Cards & Bundles

Promo codes cannot be applied to existing orders and are non-refundable.
Gift cards and codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a bundle is purchased, refund or return rules apply to the entire bundle as a single product.

9. Chargebacks & Fraud

An unauthorized chargeback after receiving course access is considered a breach of contract.
Naroshco LLC reserves the right to:
– temporarily or permanently suspend your account;
– provide evidence of the transaction to the bank or payment processor;
– report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Naroshco LLC (videos, texts, images, PDFs, the InvisiCaps Method technology) are the property of Naroshco LLC and Kateryna Yuzvyshena.
Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content solely for personal educational purposes.

It is prohibited to:
– distribute, copy, or download materials;
– teach or resell courses;
– bypass protective systems (watermarks, tokens, DRM).

Any violation results in immediate termination of access without compensation.

11. Restrictions on Use

Users may not:

Participants are prohibited from:
– posting advertisements, spam, or external links;
– sharing course materials outside the group;
– violating community ethics or respect.
Violations result in permanent removal without refund.

13. User-Generated Content

If you share testimonials, photos, or videos and consent to publication, you grant Naroshco LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing purposes (website, social media, presentations).
You may withdraw consent at any time, and the Company will stop using your materials in new publications.

14. Third-Party Links & Integrations

The website may contain third-party integrations (Instagram, Meta, Wix, YouTube, Google).
Naroshco LLC does not control or assume responsibility for the policies, safety, or actions of third-party services.

15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

– All Naroshco courses are for educational purposes only.
– Naroshco LLC does not guarantee profit, employment, or specific results.
– Materials are provided “as is.”
– The Company is not responsible for access interruptions, technical failures, or user errors.
– Naroshco LLC’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Naroshco LLC harmless from any losses, legal fees, or penalties arising from your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

17. Force Majeure

Naroshco LLC is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, wars, epidemics, cyberattacks, internet outages, payment system failures, or government actions.

18. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access if:

– fraudulent actions or chargebacks occur;
– the Privacy Policy is breached.

All payments made prior to termination are non-refundable.

Notices are deemed received on the date they are sent.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA).
All disputes are subject to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA.
Naroshco LLC may enforce its intellectual property rights in any jurisdiction.

21. Assignment

Naroshco LLC may assign its rights or obligations under this agreement in the event of a business reorganization or sale, without prior notice.

22. Severability, Survival & Entire Agreement

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining sections remain effective.
Sections concerning intellectual property, liability, licensing, indemnification, and jurisdiction will survive termination.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Naroshco LLC.
