Refund Policy

1. General Provisions
This Policy defines the conditions for refunds for products and services purchased on naroshco.com.
It is an integral part of the Terms of Use of Naroshco LLC.
Placing an order or paying for a service means you fully agree with this Policy.
2. Digital Products
2.1. No Refunds
All digital products (online courses, video lessons, methodologies, and InvisiCaps Method materials) are provided with instant access.
Once payment is confirmed, refunds are not available, regardless of the reason:
– change of decision or expectations;
– lack of time to complete the course;
– subjective evaluation of content quality;
– device or internet incompatibility on the user’s side.
This follows standard industry practice for digital content, which is considered “used” immediately after activation.
2.2. Exceptions
Refunds or renewed access may only be issued in the following cases:
– duplicate payment for the same order;
– a verified payment system error;
– a technical malfunction on Naroshco LLC’s side that prevented access for more than 72 hours after payment.
In such cases, Naroshco LLC may:
(a) reissue access to materials, or
(b) provide a partial or full refund to the original payment method.
2.3. EU / United Kingdom
According to EU and UK law, a user who purchases a digital product and agrees to instant access waives the 14-day cooling-off period.
By purchasing a course, you confirm that you consent to immediate access and understand that the right to a refund does not apply.
3. Physical Products
3.1. Return Conditions
Returns apply only to physical items (hair, tools, accessories) in cases of:
– receiving a damaged item;
– item not matching the description;
– manufacturing defect proven by photo or video evidence.
A return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
3.2. Return Requirements
For a return to be accepted:
– the item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging;
– supporting photos/videos of the defect or damage must be provided;
– return shipping is covered by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
After receiving and inspecting the item, Naroshco LLC may:
– replace it with an identical item, or
– issue a refund excluding shipping costs.
3.3. Non-Returnable Items
– opened hair packages;
– tools that have contacted skin or hair;
– discounted products, gift sets, or promotional items.
4. Refund Process
To submit a request, send an email to kateryna@naroshco.com with the subject line
“Refund Request”, including:
– your full name;
– email used for purchase;
– order or transaction number;
– description of the issue and supporting evidence (payment screenshot, defect photo).
Naroshco LLC will review and respond within 10 business days.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe, Square) within 5–15 business days, depending on the bank.
5. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Payments
Initiating a chargeback after gaining access to a course constitutes a violation of the Terms of Use.
In such cases, Naroshco LLC reserves the right to:
– immediately revoke access to all courses;
– provide the bank with proof of content access;
– take legal action against fraudulent claims.
6. Non-Refundable Items
– digital products (courses, video lessons, InvisiCaps Method materials);
– opened or used tools;
– gift cards, promo codes, discount coupons;
– products sold on sale or during special promotions.
7. Currency Differences & Bank Fees
Naroshco LLC is not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion differences, or additional transaction charges.
Refund amounts may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.
8. Technical Issues
If access was not granted or a course fails to open, users must contact support within 72 hours after payment.
Most technical issues are resolved by reissuing access or performing a technical update.
This does not qualify for a monetary refund if content access has already been provided.
